Elizabeth Umshler, Customer Success Manager at PayPal, earned her Master of Professional Studies from Bellevue University in April 2021. The degree program enabled her to pursue professional and personal areas of interest that supported her career goals.
Elizabeth comments about the program:
"The best part of this program is how much knowledge I gained and how relevant the coursework was to my career. I am a wellness advocate for my team and the organizational psychology courses allowed me to look at organizational culture and how to help employees feel connected — not only to the organization but to each other and to build relationships and increase job satisfaction.
"PayPal is very supportive of education," Elizabeth continues. "The support I received from my management team and my prior manager was amazing. Also, the tuition reimbursement aspect of the partnership between PayPal and Bellevue University was extremely helpful. It is a large part of what made it possible for me to go back to school to earn my degree."
